Scott is an associate in the firm’s litigation and real estate departments. Scott has experience litigating matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining MBG, Scott was a litigation associate at a global law firm, where he represented public companies, national banks, and other business entities in matters arising under various federal and state laws, including challenges to mortgage foreclosure practices, unfair trade practices claims, and contract disputes. Scott has also significant experience assisting clients in government and regulatory enforcement actions.
Scott is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute of New England.
