Liz is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and specializes in real estate and land use matters. Liz represents developers, condominium associations, and individual property owners in a variety of real estate litigation matters, including adverse possession, easement disputes, and zoning appeals. Liz also has experience representing individual property owners and developers before municipal boards and obtaining local permits for development projects.


Liz is involved in a number of community and industry associations. She is a Commissioner on the Town of Marshfield Conservation Commission. Liz is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, where she serves as Co-Chair of the South Shore Committee. She is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute of New England.
